I can’t find much like it so I assume it is an upcycled pieces by an artisan. It’s really pretty and unique. Approximately 4.75” long. Pin back in good working condition. Watches look near mint. They say Parmex Quartz Japan movement. Silver is unmarked but polished up like sterling. Carved floral filigree design around cameo.
