About Organise You

Built because everyday life gets messy.

Organise You started with a simple idea: the things you need to remember shouldn’t have to live in five different places.

Why I built it

I wanted one calm place for the things that make up ordinary life: calendar dates, reminders, birthdays, tasks, contacts, notes and lists. None of the separate tools was necessarily bad — I just wanted to stop checking several different places to work out what was happening and what I needed to remember.

One organiser, not another work dashboard

Organise You is designed around real life rather than projects and productivity jargon. It can hold appointments, recurring tasks, work shifts, time off, birthdays, preparation reminders, people, notes, shopping and wish lists, shared calendars and the other small things that are surprisingly easy to lose track of.

Useful on your own. Better when life is shared.

Your organiser belongs to you, but you can invite someone to view or edit your calendar when you want to coordinate plans. Everyone keeps their own account and calendar, and Combined view can show accepted shared calendars together without merging them.

Being shaped by real use

Organise You is still being actively developed. A small group of beta users are using it for real life, finding the confusing bits, breaking the awkward bits and helping decide what should improve next.
