Using Work schedule

Last reviewed: 13 October 2026

Add regular or rotating work hours without entering every shift manually.

Work schedule is designed for regular hours and repeating shift patterns. Choose the Monday that starts Week 1, set the number of weeks in your rotation, then choose the working days and hours for each week. After the last week, the pattern starts again automatically.

If you work two weeks of early shifts followed by two weeks of late shifts, use the 2 weeks early / 2 weeks late preset and adjust the times if needed. The Pattern preview shows exactly what will repeat.

Work schedule entries are reference information, so they do not need to be marked completed.

If you add an all-day Time off item, Organise You hides the generated work shift on the dates covered by that leave without changing the underlying work pattern.
